Data Deletion Instructions

What We Store

When you use our services, we may store:

• Your business name and contact details
• Phone numbers of customers who contact your business
• Message content exchanged through your WhatsApp Business account
• Records of calls, enquiries, and follow-up status

How to Request Deletion

Email deepakbe2001@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

• Your business name
• The phone number associated with your account

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Happens on Deletion

We permanently remove your business data from our systems and revoke our access to your Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business Account. Your account, phone number, and message history within WhatsApp remain yours and are unaffected.

Meta's Data

Data held directly by Meta is subject to Meta's own retention policies. To request deletion of that data, contact Meta directly at facebook.com/help/contact/.
